How to Apply DGQA Technician Offline Form 2026
Step-1
Download the prescribed Application Format (Appendix A) and Admit Card Format (Appendix B/C) from the official notification PDF.
Step-2
Type or neatly write the application in English on A4 size paper. Avoid any overwriting or striking out of entries.
Step-3
Attach self-attested copies of 10th Marksheet, ITI Certificate, Experience Certificate, Caste Certificate, Aadhaar, and 3 recent passport size photographs.
Step-4
Prepare a self-addressed envelope (30×12 cm) affixed with a postal stamp of Rs. 55/- for receiving the Admit Card.
Step-5
Write on the Envelope containing documents “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Technician (Semi Skilled) / Technician (Skilled)] AND CATEGORY [UR/OBC/SC/ST]”.
Step-6
