How to Apply for Union Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026

• Step 1 : Ensure you are registered on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) to obtain your respective enrolment and registration numbers.
• Step 2 : Visit the Union Bank of India website at www.unionbankofindia.co.in or apply directly through the BFSI SSC portal link: https://beep.bfsissc.com/candidate_register/mkt.
• Step 3 : Register using a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number. Keep documents like Aadhaar Card, Passport size photo, Qualifying Marksheet, PAN Card, and APAAR Id ready in specified formats.
• Step 4 : Provide personal, educational information, and your NAPS/NATS enrollment numbers in the application form.
• Step 5 : Upload all relevant scanned documents including Category/PwBD certificates (if applicable).
• Step 6 : Pay the online examination fee using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Submit the application before 19th May 2026 and retain the printed copy of the confirmation. Do not send any hard copy to the bank.

2. Is this apprenticeship a permanent job in Union Bank of India? No, the engagement of apprentices is purely an on-the-job training program for a duration of 1 year. It does not guarantee any permanent employment in the Bank after the completion of the training period.

3. Is there any negative marking in the online examination? No, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the online objective test.

4. What is the stipend offered during the training period? The monthly stipend varies based on the branch location: Rs. 15,000/- for Rural/Semi-Urban, Rs. 18,000/- for Urban, and Rs. 20,000/- for Metro branches.

5. Will I need to take a local language test? The candidate must be proficient in the local language of the opted state. If you cannot produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet as evidence of having studied the opted local language, you will be required to take a local language proficiency test.
