Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana: The Haryana Government has officially launched the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) 2025 to promote women empowerment and strengthen the financial independence of women across the state. Under this scheme, eligible women will receive ₹2,100 per month directly into their bank accounts through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system.
The scheme has been introduced by the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department. The main objective is to provide social security and improve the economic condition of women belonging to low-income families. The scheme will be implemented throughout Haryana and applications will be accepted through the dedicated Lado Lakshmi App developed by HARTRON.

Application Process
Applications will be accepted through the dedicated mobile application developed by HARTRON.
- Download the Lado Lakshmi App.
- Register using required details.
- Enter Aadhaar and Family ID information.
- Fill family, income, and bank account details.
- Submit the application online.
- Receive Registration ID.
- CRID will verify eligibility within 15 days.
- Eligible women will receive SMS confirmation.
- Financial assistance will be transferred through DBT.
Verification Process
CRID will verify the information submitted by applicants using the PPP database and other government records. Eligible women will receive an SMS after successful verification and will be asked to confirm whether they wish to receive the full ₹2,100 benefit or a lower amount of their choice.
Monthly Face Authentication Requirement
After receiving the first payment, beneficiaries must complete monthly face authentication through the Blink to Click feature available in the Lado Lakshmi App.
